Upfront, a 100% yes. But do look into the process via which the meals are dried and if the company is drying the food at the right temperatures. Exposing food to high temperatures while drying can lead to nutrition loss. At DryM we do not take the drying temperature above 55 deg C
STEP 1 - We cook your meals in a sanitized manner.
STEP 2 - We spread the food on clean stainless steel trays to ensure they get dried properly
STEP 3 - We remove all moisture from your food using the basic principle of sublimation using a freeze-drying food machine
STEP 4 - Your dried food from the above process is packed into portion sizes for you to enjoy with just some hot or cold water based on the food type!
DryM specialises in freeze-drying Indian food, for this all recipes work as long as the food is cooked in extremely low oil/ghee. Pure home made ghee is preferred in the process for a better shelf life.

Our food is home cooked, all ingredients are listed, do check before eating. In general, there are no drawbacks of freeze-dried food, they have all the nutrition intact and are gut friendly.
